These classes are so much more than simply learning exercises, they are about creating a healthier lifestyle. Discover the tools and develop the habits you’ll need to help improve your daily patterns and ultimately, your life.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga
This yoga class is open to all ages and flexibility. Using props we release muscle and fascial tension with longer poses. Infused with meditation and some craniosacral realignment. This class is great for anyone and even those with injuries or trauma.

Hatha Flow Yoga
This is a Beginner to Intermediate Hatha flow class utilizing vinyasa's and warrior poses to release held tensions in the body. This is taught as a therapeutic and energetic class, open to new and established yogi's. This is not a heated class

Beginner Yoga
You are brought through slow stretches and held poses using props and tennis balls to loosen up your neck and shoulders. This class has hands on adjustments available

Awareness Through Movement
Awareness Through Movement is a form of Feldenkrais, which uses simple exercises such as the pelvic clock and shoulder pivot, through exact movements that bring awareness and purpose to our everyday movements. Breaking habits that trap pain is part of this unique and highly therapeutic class.

Youth Tai Chi/Martial Arts
Kids Ages 8-16 Come and enjoy a blend of Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do and Tai Chi that is fun and helps relax and center the mind.

Simple Tai Chi
A simple 5-7 movement practice perfect for beginners uses a mixture of classical movements from different families of practice. Using breath with movement and focus, it is a moving meditation practice with lots of self-care.

Vital Energy Work
(Chi Kung/Qi Gong)
(Chi Kung, Qigong, aka Vital Energy Work)
We go over several forms of Chi Kung that stimulate and regulate all of the body systems, opening up the flow of Chi (Life energy) through the meridians that are referred to in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. These exercises are smooth and easy for anyone to do. They are done in a standing or sitting position.
Floor Pilates
Balance all the muscle groups with strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging
the core with each movement. A safe way to sculpt your body and increase agility.

Balletes Pilates
Blending strength training with ballet inspired movement. Improve balance, flexibility, core strength and muscle endurance. All levels modifications offered.

Intuitive Movement
This class guides you to discover your body's intuitive, unique dance. We will blend Dance Therapy techniques with structured improvisation, meditation and breathing exercises for a class that will leave you restored, relaxed and energized. This class is for adults - no experience necessary.

Learn how to find the best healthy choices at your local Trader Joe's or Sprouts, and then create an amazing raw meal.

Moonday Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Tune into and empower your intuitive energy with this Moonday evening class. A brief explanation of the current lunar phase will be given to better understand how the moon can influence your life during the upcoming week. With this in mind we will set intentions to work with these energies on a conscious level. Tuning into the sound waves of crystal singing bowls, you will be guided on an inward journey to calibrate your mind body and spirit with your intentions while embracing the power of the moon.
