Skye Kelly

Executive Director, Heal One World

Skye Kelly founded the non profit organization Heal One World in 2009 after her own experiences with disability and the relief she found from non-invasive therapies. She has studied Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Zero Balancing, Process Acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, Reiki and Somato Emotional Release. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She teaches Tai Chi and Yoga and self care at various senior homes and youth programs as well as self care. Skye founded the Awareness Film Festival in 2010  and the festival has grown to 11 days of conscious films as well as art and music in Los Angeles, California.
She holds a Master's Degree with further studies in Organization Development at UCLA.

Salem Samuelson

Yoga Instructor

Salem has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years and favors the Vinyasa or flow style of Yoga. She was certified through the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara in 2015. One of her main goals is to make Yoga accessible to all people interested in practicing it. Accommodating beginners as well as individuals with different levels of mobility is prioritized in the sessions led by her. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, and enjoys specializing classes for particular needs.

Meghan Eoff

Meghan is currently a full-time student majoring in Food & Nutrition. On her free time she loves to engage in various fitness workouts, learn more about modern holistic/natural healing approaches, travel with her family, and stay involved in her community through attending various communal events  Meghan started with Heal One World as a summer intern but fell in love with the organization and studio's philosophies, leading her to choose to stay with us. At the studio, you can find her leading our social media accounts, teaching the Healthy Living Series, or as a fill-in for meditation. She looks forward to sharing her passions with you and emphasizing the importance that diet & nutrition have on our overall health & wellness.

Elena Rezai

Elena has long known that dance is much more than simply a series of movements. She has been dancing her whole life with the embodied knowledge that dance and movement have the power to heal. She holds her MA in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, and uses this knowledge, along with her background in several other body and movement-based practices, including Authentic Movement, Intuitive Technique, and Thai Yoga to help facilitate the emotional, physical and spiritual health of individuals and communities.

Kendra McGowan

Kendra is yoga instructor who is committed to a lifestyle of wholistic wellness and healing. Her journey with yoga began back in 2010 when she started practicing yoga and became a vegetarian. What started out as short term challenge become a new way of experiencing the fullness of life. "As my practice deepened I realized yoga isn't just about the Asanas (postures/poses) but it's also about breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), surrendering to process and making peace with the body through non-violence." Kendra received her 200hr (RYS) teacher training at "Breath of Life Yoga" In Crete,Greece from Yogi Harish Chandra. "Teaching at Zen Den studios is such a privilege, learning from practitioners of Acupuncture, Cranio-Sacral therapy and Reiki has enhanced and deepen my perspective. Kendra plans to attend LMU this Fall with hopes of becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist.

Rese’s interest in body/mind practices began with studies in shiatsu therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reiki, geriatric and Swedish massage therapy, dance/movement therapy and InterPlay leadership.

She practiced as a massage therapist for over 15 years and has taught basic massage at Fresno State since 2000.

Graduate work includes a MA in Culture and Creation Spirituality/Psychology track and a MS in Counseling/Student Services.

 

After the completion of 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, Rese eagerly gained more training a and certification in Therapeutic Yoga.

 

Rese Currently teaches therapeutic, restorative and gentle yoga to persons of all ages and abilities.
